OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AT METHANEX CORPORATION

We had the mission to establish and lead the global manufacturing technology team to support the operations and asset management function providing technology solutions.  

 

We worked closely with engineers and consultants based in Egypt, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago and New Zealand.  We were recognised for the depth of our technical skills, customer focus and result delivered.

We increased the operational reliability by automating detection of single points of failure. All these solutions included a support model covering cyber security, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

We also contributed in the establishment of the business performance optimisation function to modernise the key business process by introducing modern technologies across the business.
