I worked with the TDHB in defining and implementing the Clinical & Business Performance strategy that transformed the way Taranaki District Health Board improves operational performance using data and analytics technologies. I achieved this partnering with management, clinicians, and technology experts.

We delivered quality technology solutions applying agile principles resulting in tangible benefits for patients and the business. Examples of achievements are the 15% reduction of average length of stay of patients in the Emergency Department and a 10% saving in operations by improving business performance.
